BACKGROUND:

Our family lives in Rockwall, TX.  We have a small business that has a warehouse with some extra space.  I've noticed many garages with stacks of black and yellow Costco tubs and thought this could be a win win for everyone.

OVERALL PROCESS:

• You call us

• We figure out a plan together

• We pick up/store/deliver

• You relax and enjoy the additional space and convenience!

PRICING - Approximate

• $50 per tub per year (upto 27 gallon per tub)

• Trees/Oversized Decorations - Call for estimates

• No loose items

• No broken tubs or boxes

EXAMPLE:  For 10 of the 27 gallon tubs from Costco we would pick up, store and deliver

back for $500 per year.  Less than 1/2  the cost of mini storage, way more convenient and fun.

WAREHOUSE INFORMATION:

• 30,000sq ft

• Clean

• Secure

• Semi-Climate Controller - We have HVACs however temps in the summer could still reach 85 degrees; cooler than most home garages.

SECURITY:

• 16 cameras

• 24/7 surveillance inside and out

• Connected to Dallas Security Systems

WHAT HOLIDAYS DO YOU STORE FOR:

Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving.  If you have other tubs feel free to call and ask.

AREAS DO YOU SERVICE:

We are based in Rockwall, TX.  We will be able to service Rockwall, Heath, Royse City, Fate and some surrounding areas.  If your city isn't listed please free to contact us and we'd be happy to take a look for you.

 

REFERRAL PROGRAM:

Yes.  If you refer someone to us, first THANK YOU, and we'll issue a 20% off the first year. 

 

CHRISTMAS TREES:

It will depend.  If they are in a box or bag there is a good chance we could depending on the size.  We'd probably ask for a picture or two prior to committing.  We have the space but may not have the right sized vehicles.

 

OVERSIZED DECORATIONS:

Call for additional details.  As of now, probably not however maybe we can figure something out.

CAN WE COME SEE OUR STUFF?

Of course, its yours!   However, there will be a $25.00 fee and due to our operating hours please call us ahead of time.

WHERE IS YOUR WAREHOUSE?

Our warehouse is in Royse City, TX.

​

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

Once we've talked and figured our plan, payment will due at the date of pick-up please.

AI USE:

Yes, we used some AI for illustration purposes.  We're just a family don't have budget for marketing and we're just starting so please bear with us.

​

HOW WOULD A REFUND WORK/WHAT IF I MOVE?:

We are happy to work with you and understand things come up.  However, refunds will be based on the percentages listed above so if we end up picking up and delivering, even early, the maximum refund would be 20%.

HEAT RELATED ISSUES:

Please note the warehouse does NOT have AC in all areas so it will get hot in the warehouse similar to a garage at home.  If your items are susceptible to heat please be advised we won't be able to replace since we are trying to disclose this information ahead of time since we don't want any of your stuff ruined.

YOUR PHONE NUMBER LOOKS WEIRD:

Yes, its a Northern California number I've had it since high school.  We fled California and moved to Rockwall in 2019.
